We naturally lose a certain amount of hair on a daily basis and it is not unusual to see a small amount of hair in the shower after washing, in your hairbrush or comb, or on your pillow at night. However when your hair starts to fall out in larger than average amounts and there are signs of thinning then for a woman this can be extremely distressing  affecting self-image, self- confidence, and leaving you feeling somewhat worried and even depressed.
