Dandruff may not be one of the most problematic hair issues you could have. But if you do suffer from it you’ll know it is still frustrating. As for feeling self-conscious, well… anyone would feel like that when they know they’ve got flakes of dry skin constantly showing up in their hair and on their clothes.
If you have dandruff and you’ve had it for a few years, you may already be resigned to it. Don’t be – there are treatments that are designed to tackle more than just the occasional mild breakout of dandruff.
This is really the main thing to remember. It’s easy to become resigned to wearing light-coloured clothing so the flakes don’t show. It’s easy to get used to that feeling of being self-conscious. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When you find and start using the right treatment you’ll be amazed at the difference you’ll see in your life.
Bad Dry Dull Lifeless Unconditioned Unhealthy Hair
We all have days when our hair just doesn’t seem to do our bidding, don’t we? Even if you think your hair is pretty good in terms of behaving, you probably recognise the truth in this statement.
This makes it all the more important to know the difference between a bad hair day and an actual problem with the thickness or condition of your hair. This is something most of us suffer from occasionally – and for a relatively mild sounding annoyance it can be incredibly painful and frustrating to deal with.
It’s possible that you will only experience an itchy scalp in one area of your head. Many people don’t have itchiness over their entire head, but even having a relatively confined area of it doesn’t make life much easier. Your whole attention can be focused on how itchy it is and even though you know you shouldn’t scratch it, you just can’t help doing it. It’s a bit like having chicken pox in this way – it’s the most frustrating thing you can think of. Continue reading →
When you think about hair problems you generally think about how different your head of hair looks. You rarely think about the effect it has on your self esteem. This is something we constantly encounter when we speak to people on our FREEPHONE number 0800 270 7683. It’s not until you actually suffer from a hair problem of some kind – dry itchy scalp included – that you realise how irritating and frustrating it can be. Continue reading →
This is a frustrating condition to suffer from. A dry itchy scalp may seem to be better than the thought of losing your hair, but in reality it can still affect your self esteem and confidence. Continue reading →
