We all have days when our hair just doesn’t seem to do our bidding, don’t we? Even if you think your hair is pretty good in terms of behaving, you probably recognise the truth in this statement.
This makes it all the more important to know the difference between a bad hair day and an actual problem with the thickness or condition of your hair. For example you’d spot the classic signs of dandruff but you may not spot them in their early stages. You may think you’d spot increased hair loss more easily, but even then it may take a while to realise you’re losing more than you would do naturally.
This is why it is good to stay in touch with your hair, so to speak. The better you know its little foibles and what it does regularly, the easier it will be to spot whether any problems have started to crop up. Then you can do something about them.
