Causative factors can be put down to anything from genetics, dietary, illness, medication, stress, hormonal to bad hair care (very common).

What can be done?
Bad hair care, incorrect use of products, chemical processes such as perming and colouring can cause your hair to become fragile, dry, dull and lifeless.
