AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Product Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver to mainland UK and internationally, within 14 working
days, but please allow up to 28 working days. E-Mail us for international
orders.
Hairology can provide the following delivery options,
if requested:
1. Recorded delivery
2. Special delivery
UK orders only - Guarantees next working day delivery by 12 noon,
all orders must be received by 2.00pm the day before.
3. Same day delivery
UK orders only - Guarantees same working day delivery, all orders
must be received by 12.00pm on the day of delivery. Charges are as follows:
Within 20-mile radius local area add £25.00.
For outside local area, prices are quoted on request.
Product Information Policy
All products are supplied with full instructions of how and when they
are best applied, together with full ingredient listing.
Privacy Policy
At Hairology we are committed to protecting your privacy. The information
we collect about you is to process your orders and to provide you with
a more personalised service. All information is treated in the strictest
confidence. The information you provide (i.e. name, address, email, telephone
number/s, credit/debit cards, etc.), enables us to process and fulfil
your orders. We can notify you of the status of your orders and if there
is a problem, we can contact you.
Your Consent
By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information
by Hairology. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post
those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information
we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Your personal information may also be used by us to occasionally notify
you about important changes to our Web site, new Hairology services/products
and special offers we think you'll find interesting and valuable.
Our Returns Policy
At Hairology we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is
our returns policy. We reserve the right to alter, without notice or prior
warning, content or price of products and conditions of supply. We cannot
be held responsible for any delays or damages incurred whilst in transit.
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if you are not happy
with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will
issue a full refund or exchange, provided the following criteria are met:
1. You should return the item/s to us within 14 days of receipt, including
your proof of purchase. Any items received after this date are not subject
to our refund or exchange policy.
2. All postage charges for returned/exchanged goods are the responsibility
of the customer and must be sent by recorded delivery or registered post.
3. The goods must not be damaged or tampered with and must be returned
in their original condition.
Hairology reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the above
criteria are not complied with. We only accept returned items that have
been opened if they are defective. Once the above criteria are met and
received, Hairology will issue a full refund or exchange within 28 working
days.
All goods remain the property of Hairology until paid for in full. All
payments for goods and services must be received in full before being
dispatched.
